Terms of Service

1. Who we are

ShipInDays is a service created by Hayzar LLC to help you ship a product in 30 days. You create an account with your email, generate a personalized 30-quest plan, and receive AI prompts to build each day.

2. What we ask from you

• A valid email for login and follow-up communications
• An honest description of your product idea (only you see it)
• Daily check-ins to maintain your streak

⚠️ Legal review needed: Consult a lawyer to ensure these terms comply with your jurisdiction's requirements.

3. Your rights

• Delete your account anytime (your data disappears)
• Request a copy of all data we store about you
• Change or cancel your subscription at any time
• If you're a paying customer: see our Refund Policy

4. What you can't do

• Share your account or resell access to others
• Automate the service (bots, scraping)
• Use ShipInDays for illegal or harmful projects
• Share generated prompts without crediting ShipInDays

5. Limitations of liability

ShipInDays is provided as-is. We don't guarantee you'll ship in 30 days — that's your responsibility. AI prompts are tools, not expert advice.

⚠️ Legal review needed: A lawyer can strengthen this section to better protect your liability.

6. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If they change significantly, we'll notify you by email. Continuing to use the service after changes means you accept them.
